Moti Mahal College of Hotel Management was launched with a vision of giving a new dimension to the Hospitality Industry, at the same time in grooming well qualified Professional. Laxmi Memorial College of Physiotherapy

Laxmi Memorial College of Physiotherapy was established by Laxmi Memorial Education Trust, Mangalore, in the year 1993, recognising the need for professionals in the field of Physiotherapy. In 22 years, the college has grown into a premier institution in the field of Physiotherapy in South India, and distinguished alumni of the college can be found across the globe.
Established in the year 1993, then affiliated to Mangalore University, the college is presently affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) Karnataka since 1997. Presently the college is approved for 100 Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) seats and 30 Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) seats. It is also a recognised PhD centre under RGUHS from the year 2010. The college is attached to the A.J Institute of Medical Sciences (AJIMS) hospital, Mangalore, also run by the Laxmi Memorial Education Trust.

Laxmi Memorial College of Nursing

Laxmi Memorial College of Nursing was established in the year 1997 under the Laxmi Memorial Education Trust with an aim to provide quality nursing education and prepare nurses with a high level of professional competence. It is one of the beginning educational endeavours of L.M.E.T which is promoted by Shri. A.J. Shetty. The College is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore and is permanently recognized by the Indian Nursing Council [INC] New Delhi and Karnataka State Nursing Council Bangalore.

Institute of Management (AJIM) is functioning under Laxmi Memorial Education Trust ® (LMET) and established in the year 1999 with its own academic philosophy by keeping two ideologies of education on priority – the creation of new knowledge and achieving par-excellence. The Institute is offering Two-year full-time MBA programme, affiliated to Mangalore University and recognised by AICTE, New Delhi and Govt. of Karnataka. Having begun its journey in 1999, A.J. Laxmi Memorial College of Hotel Management was started under Laxmi Memorial Education Trust in 2008. The college was started with an objective of providing the opportunity for students to obtain knowledge in a variety of disciplines related to the hotel industry and to provide an educational foundation for a range of administrative, operational and management careers in the hospitality industry. The college is affiliated to Mangalore University and offering 3 yr BSc.(H.S) programme.

AJ Institute of Engineering & Technology is promoted by Laxmi Memorial Education Trust ®) which was registered in the year 1991 in the memory of Late Laxmi Shetty, mother of Dr. A. J. Shetty, who is the President and Managing Director of the Trust.

The main objective of the institution is to impart high-quality theoretical knowledge, ably and well supported by adequate practice in laboratories, workshop, drawing rooms etc. to turn the student into a highly competent professional and at the same time an exemplary human being in the service of the state and the nation and to become a proud global citizen.
